Product Description:
TY518 PU High Opacity Topcoat DTM High Gloss – Yellow 8:1 is a two component polyurethane topcoat (direct to
metal), with the exception of aluminum & galvanized steel substrates. This topcoat contains special pigments which
enhances corrosion protection. For a higher level of anti-corrosion performance, we recommend to use of an epoxy
primer first. TY518 contains the highest possible amount of yellow pigments for excellent coverage and fast operation,
reducing production times & product consumption. Can be used as direct Topcoat or with 70% yellow Binder and 30%
Color Toner for formulated yellow colours in CRS. TY518 is specifically developed for light-industrial use with good force
and dry air-dry capabilities. All colour toners are chromate and lead free, also providing good UV protection.
